第一代徕卡Elmarit-R 2.8/180mm的原型镜，其景深呎与现行版的有明显不同。镜头编号亦不在正常生产之列，极为罕见。此镜头有内置遮光罩，连同镜头前后盖及挂带，玻璃通透，镜头有轻微使用痕迹。
