This lot is an extremely rare collectible, preserved in a dry warehouse and presented in its original packaging and bamboo shell. The packaging showcases bold prints, characteristic of early printing techniques. Recognized as the ancestor of Yin Grade Pu-er, it features high-quality Yiwu large golden leaves with distinct notes of orchid and wild camphor. Gam San Lau opened in 1928 alongside Lu Yu Tea House and quickly gained fame for its excellent tea. In the 1960s, it moved to a four-story building that included a tea warehouse sourcing Yunnan Hao Grade and Yin Grade Pu-er for sale, contributing to the legendary status of Gam San Lau.
