This lot is rarely seen on the market. The outer bamboo is marked with characters "Yiwu Raw Cake" and "Chun Jian." This is an early version of 7542 produced by Menghai Tea Factory, and is considered a premium example of mid-era Pu-er tea. It now carries a mellow, aged camphor fragrance and is seen as a promising collector's item with great aging potential, following in the footsteps of the 88 Green Cake.
