Here is a Leitz Canada Elmarit-M 2.8/28mm lens under optical formula 375 (hence the prefix 375 to the lens number), which is a special optical construction and no production lens of such designs was ever produced commercially. Please note the existence of another lens 375-003 in the POLLIX collection, London. This lens has been authenticated by Paul Henry Van Hasbroeck.
It comes with both lens caps.
