In 1989, Leica M6 150 Jahre Photographie, 75 Jahre Leica Photographie was launched to commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the invention of photography and the 75th Anniversary of Leica, 1,250 units were made. The camera body is decorated with snake leather and platinum-plated. This set is numbered L071. It comes with matching platinum-plated Summilux-M 1.4/50mm lens (#3481971), front lens cap and wooden case.
