Leica safari (or olive) edition cameras could be dated back to 1960 with the Leica M1 ‘Olive‘, initially for the military. Over the years, Leica presents the Leica M-P “Safari” Edition, only 1500 sets were made. The camera has an olive lacquered top cover, leatherette and bottom plate. It comes with Summicron-M 2/35mm ASPH chrome lens (#4239388) with a matching classic round metal lens hood. This set is in brand new condition, with all packing and papers, also the card holder and SD card keeper.
