Here is an early Leica MP with Summilux-M 1.4/50mm lens (#1703812) kit in original black paint finished. This camera was published in VIDOM 101 06/2011 p.26-55 to demonstrate the special features of early MP in comparison with M2 and M3. Only around 138 units MP black paint were made and numbered from MP-013 to MP-150 (Please refer to James Lager Vol. I p.193), early MP black paint is therefore rarer. The serial number engraved on the chassis matches that of the body. It comes with Leicavit, box, leather case, front lens cap and VIDOM 101.
