華聯青磚來自華聯茶葉公司訂製。1956年南光貿易公司邀請當時公司澳門地區五個經營民生物資的貿易，合資開設了華聯茶葉公司，配合國內的經營方向，做地區性的茶葉銷售事業。直至60年代左右，廣東省茶葉進出口公司成為華聯公司主要的合作對象，大量的茶餅經過華聯公司進入澳門的市場。
