"Jinshanlou" was a renowned tea house in Hong Kong, the earliest written records of this Hong Kong Tea House were published in the "French Memories" by Cheung Tak-tuk. Since then, the development of Hong Kong tea houses has flourished where "Jinshanlou" remained topranked
and maintained a great reputation for the quality of the tea it served, especially Pu' er tea.
"Jinshanlou" had its own tea warehouses and a designated tea specialist in procuring its inventory of exquisite tea Cake directly from its source from Yunnan. It subsequently seized its operation during the 1980s, by which the tea Cake from its original warehouse have been aged for more than a few decades. In recent years, tea Cake originated from the warehouse of this old establishment are highly sought after, inducing its price to rise dramatically overtime with great potential and collection value, making it an ideal gem for tea enthusiastic.
