此套機為M3銀色機身配三支鏡頭，分別是：Summicron-M2.8/35mm 銀色眼鏡版鏡頭 (#1947120)、Elmar-M 2.8/90mm 銀色鏡頭 (＃2085724)及 Elmar-M4/135mm 鏡頭 (#1820846)。另有配件：測光錶 (#14250)、三支鏡頭通用的銀色濾鏡、供2.8/35鏡頭使用的IROOA 遮光罩連蓋及供 2.8/90mm 及 4/135mm 鏡頭使用的遮光罩 (#12575N)。套機配有鏡頭前後蓋及機身蓋，如此成色及配件齊全的套機實為罕有。
