徠卡72是採用18x24mm格式的相機，於1954至1957年分別在加拿大及德國生產。此機菲林計算器讀數可至75，取景窗口為直檔，機頂位置刻有「18x24」及「Germany」字樣。此款相機生產年期較短，有關資料可參閱James Lager Vol.I p.78。
