此鏡頭並沒有鏡身序號，是研發初期的Telyt 5/400mm原型版，鏡頭有著早期的設計特徵。此款鏡頭於http://www.mir.com.my有照片介紹；James Lager也親自鑑定過本鏡頭，對其罕有程度大為讚賞。連鏡頭後蓋及Visoflex取景器，有明顯使用痕跡。
