APO Lanthar除與同廠6 x 9 Bessa II相機配搭使用外，亦常用於林可夫相機。鏡頭的多層鍍膜設計，配上稀有的鑭玻璃，使成像質素極為出色。此鏡配有前後蓋及對焦刀，玻璃有微塵但通透，鏡身有輕微使用痕跡。
