徠卡Elmarit-R 2.8/180mm第一代的原型鏡。鏡頭有使用痕跡，連內置遮光罩及鏡頭後蓋。其三刀設計可支援Leicaflex, SL, SL2及R系列。鏡頭編號為0000808，並不是正常生產內的序號，極為罕見。
