This lot has been preserved in mild dry storage and comes with non-original thick wrappers. Made with robust large leaves as the base and fine young buds on the surface, the 7542 blend stands as a benchmark creation of the Menghai Tea Factory in the 1980s, and is regarded as the precursor to the famed 88 Pu-er . The tea delivers a bold, assertive aroma with notes of plum and a lingering honeyed sweetness.
