This is a Leica accessory for single exposure, first introduced in 1934. It accepts a ground glass screen or a film holder in the back and Leica lens in the front. This set is combined with five lenses, which are Summitar 2/5cm (#488872), Elmar 3.5/5cm (#1343936), Summaron 3.5/3.5cm (#975465), Hektor 2.5/5cm and Elmar 3.5/50mm with box, with some signs of use.
