第一代徠卡Elmarit-R 2.8/180mm的原型鏡，其景深呎與現行版的有明顯不同。鏡頭編號亦不在正常生產之列，極為罕見。此鏡頭有內置遮光罩，連同鏡頭前後蓋及掛帶，玻璃通透，鏡頭有輕微使用痕跡。
