This lot has been well preserved in natural storage and remains in good condition. The outer wrappers show light fading, with the Grade A marking still clearly visible and an inner ticket embedded within. Early Blue Mark Pu-er are exceptionally rare, made from the finest Yiwu Zhengshan tea leaves using a bud-rich blend, and compressed into slightly larger forms. Blue Mark Iron Pu-er were produced with a new metal-mould technique, creating a tighter structure and a slower aging process. After more than half a century of transformation, the former reveals layered aged and camphor notes with a lingering sweetness, while the latter offers a richer, more intense flavour and a strong, lasting finish.
